You could just ask someone who has a faster computer to compile the bits and pieces for you.

from what I know about crashes it is usually one two things-
1) Your computer is too old and cannot handle the program.
-To fix this you have to get a new computer and transfer over the files.
2)There is an error in the coding of your program
-To fix this you have to go into the code, find out what is wrong with it and change it to it's proper form (suggested you get a friend who knows coding well to do this)
other then that I have no idea
You can send the .fla files to a people who has a good computer to help solve the problem like exporting,fixing wrong sprites and so on. Or you can just send them to other collab :3
you might have a corrupt symbol(s). Does it always crash at a specific point or is it random.
Normally a flash project which has more than 3500 frames can be 100 MB-size big.
I just copy the frames. And I would suggest tweaking the sound quality as that helps ALOT, but you seem to not have sounds, which is very odd, I have no clue.

I probably should've updated this post, because since I have decided to release it in 2 separate flash movies posted on the same day each with 4 or 5 scenes (because apparently 5 scenes takes up 150mb. So don't worry it'll still come out.

I do the same thing you do, because my computer is crap and any Fla. over 8000 frames, my Flash just crashes. However, when I merge them into the same fla., it loads a whole lot, but it doesn't crash for me. And i've done it with 4 different projects. So I don't really know man, maybe someone with more knowledge can help you.
Also I have flash 8, maybe you have a different one.
