[Madness Pivot]

Pivot is not....

...adequate for madness combat animations, there are just too many layers to deal with to properly animate with pivot. I feel that you have the idea, but utterly improper tools for the job.

Beautiful...

...truly magnificent, a well execute experimentation of art and beauty. Expressed through images, art, and music; it narrates a story not with words but with using simply moving pictures. You have successfully captured feelings, emotion, and a story, gracefully pushing forward the story with beautiful and relaxing music (which I'd love to find the name for). A well put together story board to turn the plot (if anything) into an emotional roller coaster of destruction, death, chaos but ultimately leading to life, birth and creation.

It has been a while since I have seen something as glorious as what you have presented before me, I thank the men and women who have worked on this project. You have reminded me of the power animation has. Thank you...I hope to see more from your team.

Not Turd...

I'm surprised this got Turd of the week, as I've seen some awful things on newgrounds. But maybe that's because they don't count spam. Oh well, it just looks like a beginner's attempt. At least it didn't get sent away as spam.

To be honest, I didn't expect it either. It's the bad sort of attention you know? But you still get the feeling "Wow, I managed to make something so bad that even the spam was better"

I'm still not sure if I'm disgusted or mildly amused.

Get something else

You say you don't have the proper tools to animate and that's fine, but do not expect sympathy from newgrounders if all you're going to submit is (mind me) crap. The whole "Well cut me some slack" doesn't change the fact that you have not spent enough time and thought into your animations.

summary: If you're going to submit something, at least put some more work into it.
get flash or something, or anything that allows more then just a slideshow-which is what I see here-that can play at least 12 fps. Slideshows just don't cut it here on newgrounds.

WHY...

...isn't this more popular. I can understand that its briefness and lack of music and lack of a preloader may contribute, but still, the animation is smooth with creative choreography. Along with some humor of course; I've seen some pieces or crap get better scores than this, so why does great stuff like this miss out on the attention. *sigh*

Anyways, despite being short I really enjoyed watching this, I liked the smooth animation, the interesting kills, the humor, the innovation and creativity used here. So good job and I hope to see more from you.

Why does this

have a rather low rating. This is much smoother than some of the other stuff I've seen, which got 4+ which I don't understand. But yeah I hope you keep on doing more of these animations, i feel you have a better feel for these kind of characters over the madness ones.

So yup, good luck making more flashes.

You have amazing talent, animation seems to come naturally to you, as seen in your work. whether you practice a lot or not, you have some great skills comparable to krinkels, if not even better. and to start so soon at your age, I think you have amazing potential for greater things to come. If you decide to go along this path of animation in general, I wouldn't be too surprised to see your name - if I knew your name - in the credits of an animated film; 2D or 3D.
Great work dude, keep it up.

He said in the description that the first clip contained audio from the simpsons and that it was an assignment where he had to sync the audio.
Therefore "ripped audio"

As for the flash, it was well animated and well cordinated with the sound clip to make it a well fit funny scene. Good job, hope you got a good score; as long as your teacher didn't take off point for not animating in photoshop.
